Winners of JioCinema's unique contest during IPL 2023 express gratitude

The Jeeto Dhan Dhana Dhan contest on JioCinema has garnered massive interest amongst viewers. Some of them who won a car each for the TATA IPL 2023 matches played between April 10th & 17th were ecstatic after the results were announced recently. Some winners of the contest could not thank their stars enough and expressed gratitude.

Jagdish Dhaker from Rajasthan said, “I work on farms to earn a living, still I always find some time to catch the IPL games especially when Gujarat Titans are playing mainly because of Hardik Pandya. He is my favorite player in the IPL because of the way he plays and has progressed. It resonates a lot with me on a personal level. My experience watching the IPL on JioCinema has been great but never thought in my wildest dream that I will win a car.

“The dream of having a car is in every man’s life but to win it in a contest makes us feel like we are blessed. I am very excited about winning the contest, and I had never imagined that I could win a car from this. Grateful that I’ve been able to love the sport and the game decided to love me back.”

Lalhriatpuia Hauhnar from Aizawl, Mizoram, also shared his feelings about winning a car. “The current season of the IPL is interesting for me to watch, and since I used to play cricket in my days when I was also associated with a cricket club in Mizoram, being a fan of Thala Dhoni and CSK, I’ve always ensured to catch the IPL regardless of where I am.

Miraj Laskar, 34, from Sundarbans, West Bengal said, “I follow cricket whenever I get free time and I am a big supporter of Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL and the reason for it being, I am a huge Virat Kohli fan. Whilst they haven’t been lucky in winning the league, definitely I feel lucky to be a fan of RCB. My experience of watching IPL on JioCinema has been very interesting and with Jeeto Dhan Dhana Dhan initiative, I am really grateful and indebted to JioCinema for bringing this contest. I felt absolutely lucky and amazing when I won the contest. This contest has done very well for the poor people like us and they have helped us change our destiny. Satya Prakash Gupta from Hojai, Assam was extremely happy about winning a car, and said, “For someone like me who runs a business of his own in a small city in Assam, having a car is only a dream. Everybody loves IPL and is a fan of the league and so am I. I am in support of Royal Challengers Bangalore and I have two favourite players currently. They are Virat Kohli and Faf Du Plessis who are also playing really great this season.

“After winning the contest of Jeeto Dhan Dhana Dhan I got super excited and I couldn’t believe on my luck, I want to thank God and JioCinema for winning this prize out of so many lakh participants. I really feel lucky to win the contest and the car.”
