ESPN Reporter Who Clearly Didn't Want To Be There Abruptly Ends Chicago Interview: 'F--k This'

You ever commit to something, but then instantly regret it the second you start doing it? Of course you have. It's the American way. A tradition unlike any other, as Jim Nantz would whisper.

For a lot of us, it's having kids. We love sex. Love it. But then, nine months later, you don't sleep for the next 10 years. Regret.

For others – like ESPN reporter Courtney Cronin – it was joining some radio show out in Chicago to talk a little Caleb Williams.

Regret!

Does this ESPN reporter hate her life or what?

See what I mean? You can see it right away. This cat wants to be literally anywhere else in the world than talking to these two goons.

You wanna know what happened, and I'm speaking from experience … she 100% forgot about this interview. Guarantee it.

ESPN Courtney here probably got tanked at St. Elmo the night before, was still nursing a hangover, and then got a text or a call from the producers of this show 15 minutes ahead of time and was like "oh, crap."

She tried to power through, but the second the audio was echoing and clearly off, she was done. Wanted nothing and I mean NOTHING to do with dissecting Caleb Williams.

So, she pulled out her only card left to play and just said f--k it and hit the big red x in the top right of her computer. And then, mercifully, it was all over.

Personally, I would've bailed the second they started playing all that hacky radio music at the beginning of the interview like it was 1999 again. Frankly, I'm surprised Courtney here lasted as long as she did.
