You'll Be Hung Up on Madonna's Topless Photo While Eating Soup
Madonna is giving fans a photo soup-rise.
The Grammy winner made jaws drop when she shared two images of herself enjoying a bowl of soup—while completely topless.
In one of the snaps posted to her Instagram Story Oct. 22, Madonna held a dinner napkin over her bare chest while she prepared a spoonful of the warm dish. In a second shot, the 66-year-old leaned forward to slurp up the tasty food with her mouth wide.
And while Madonna wasn't covered in much clothing for the shoot, she was certainly decked out in bling. To complete her look, the "Like a Prayer" singer wore a dazzling diamond choker necklace, diamond cross earrings and a stack of black, red and silver bracelets.
And her cheeky pics didn't arrive without a message. Sandwiched between the topless portraits, Madonna shared two inspirational quotes about self-discovery.
"Other people are not here to love us in the exact way we think they should," one of the notes read. "They are here to set up a healing ceremony at which we learn how to love ourselves."
This isn't the first time Madonna has given fans a glimpse into how she's been spending her past year. Back in August, the "Material Girl" singer shared a rare family photo of her ringing in her 66th birthday with all six of her children: Lourdes Leon, 27, Rocco Ritchie, 24, David Banda, 18, Mercy James, 18, and twins Stella and Estere, 11.
In the pic from her bash in Italy, Madonna—who was also joined by rumored flame Akeem Morris at the event—opted for a sheer white gown and a black bustier while her kids rocked their own chic takes on formalwear. She captioned the Aug. 19 Instagram post, "La Dolce Vita."
And the celebrations didn't end there. That same month, Madonna paid tribute to her son Rocco—who she shares with ex Guy Ritchie—in honor of his 24th birthday.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROCCO—the long and Winding Road through all your many moods and incarnations has been tumultuous and full of surprises," Madonna wrote in an Aug. 11 Instagram post. "But through it all—your curiosity, and Artistic Soul has been the glue that has held us together."
